Good DVD Program

I use Adobe Premier to hack up my movies and get them like I want them. Anyone have a good PC based program for turning them into DVDs?

I'd like something I can do titles, chapters and menus with. I know the new suite of Adobe has it all, but, since I just bought the AW, I won't be buying that anytime soon

I edit movies with my laptop and desktop also

I use Ulead's Gif animator, Ulead Cool 3D Studio, and Media Studio Pro (an Adobe premiere equal in my opinion but cost less).
