Ok.....I've got osx loaded (did it first, and it worked-booted into it); then loaded XP Pro, then loaded ubuntu; the problem i have is that i need to get grub to recognize osx as a boot option..I'm no expert in the triple boot thing...what can I do??

the way i have it configured right now is:

Grub ---- > Win / Lin
and then Win Bootloader ----> Win / OSX

i am sure there is a different way to do it though. I advise you take a look at some how-tos on the osx86project.org and see waht you like.

also, can i ask what version you have installed + what patches?

i've managed to get 10.4.1 deadmoo instealled, but it freezes on boot, i am waiting for my friend to get me a copy of a more recent install, 10.4.3 build a1111 ... will hopefuly be able to try and install that over the weekend...

anyway...good luck!

It wasn't an image, it was the actuall install DVD with wesley's patch.

I'm real new to grub, is there a way I can configure it now to recognize osx as a boot option? Is there something i need to do with the osx partition in ubuntu to make this happen? I don't even know where to start..

Are you saying you choose windows from grub then osx fromt the windows boot?
