Hi to all..I have a Hp Pavillion zv 6000 series and i seem to have a minor problem..I bought a few days ago a wirelless mouse (Microsoft) but it doesn't work..
Most of the times when i connect the usb device on one of my usb ports,it say 'usb device not recognised'
Some other times it works but after a few minutes the usb disconnects by itself
I went to the store where i bought it from and today they called me telling me that the mouse doesn't seem to have a problem!
Could there be sth wrong with my laptop?..I never had problems earlier either with my usb devices..disks,ipod etc..

Try applying SP2 fir XP with the new USB drivers. Also, did you install the factory USB driver like the Intel chipset?

Backup your files before applying SP2.
