Thanks for all the replys ya'll. I was mistaken 79.99 not 74.99. Anyway, no big deal for 5 bucks. Now I have another problem. I punched in my service tag on Dell site to find upgrades. It took me to this page,http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/m...=us&l=en&cs=19
which says PC2-4000/ 533mhz, not 4200. Everything I have read has indicated that 4200 is the right stuff.
Then, instead of using the service tag, I went through Dell sight using model number. XPS2 wasn't an option, only M170, which brought me to this page,http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/M...lection=167488
which says PC-4200/ 533mhz. And this one is almost half price. So what gives and which is the correct one? Any thoughts? I thought Gen2 and M170 were pretty much the same machine.
Edit : I just noticed that Dell Part # is different, while manufacture part# is the same.
