I could lie and say I'm going back to school...One Of These Daze. My 11 year old is bringing home some serious math problems for me to help him with and I keep trying to teach him how to read a tape measure! Whats Up With That? He can spell and read English above his grade average (what I felt was important in the early years). Now math is what I hope he will excel in. It took me a long time to get fractions, learn to read a tape measure, and understand calculus, but now I'm a licensed professional civil engineer, and I build houses. With tape measures.
