Does Henricks battery saver work on all Clevo D500P

I have a Clevo D500P (aka Sager 5680) but its not made by sager, its assembled by a UK company. I was just wondering if Henriks battery saver would work with this computer.

I'm afraid to just try it out in case I do some irrepairable damage. Can the program be used for any Clevo D500P machine (i.e. - identical mobo to Sager 5680) or is it more specific than that.

Also if I try it out and it doesn't work whats the worst case scenario? Will I have an unbootable computer.

I've used the battery-saver proggie with success on my D500P...

I think all the barebones are produced by Clevo and assembled in asia... Maybe all the dealers do is putting their own label on it, plugging in a CPU, RAM and Harddisk plus maybe other devices in the multibay...
