Evil S. dang man, sorry to hear about all the problems.

that goes to show ya what a bad power supply can do... ruins everything eventually. i wouldn't be satisfied with anything less than a completely different machine from AW. same config, just all different parts.

they must be made to understand that once a power supply goes, everything is tainted and will eventually fail.

wtf DeeB's that is the best idea/suggestion ive heard in a longtime, i would move as long as I could continue to get paid in UK pounds and at the same rate, then I would be able to rape the us economy for cheap goodies

Funny thing is, in my experience anyway, Live in the usa and pay cheap for stuff and get better service, or Live in the UK get ripped off severly for pc components and also get shat on in the process.

not much thinking to be done there. If i could afford, i would emigrate to us of ghey anyday

ES....you can stay with me as long as you like, I have plenty of room and we can chase each other all over the sky at night on "lockon" or IL2....if AW does not take care of this, and do it soon and in the right way, I am going to loose a lot of faith in the company I thought built amoung the best.....

30 minutes to the end of the business day and also the end of the week and still non replyus. guess whats happening 9am on monday morning, even if they do send an email over the weekend....

dam thats what that was when i got my pc, i just thougt it was some ugly looking hoe with a bad case of facial hair who just happened to be with the delivery driver, i slipped her/it, fux i dunno, £10 and told her to have a shave..

This totally sucks...I have been one of AW's biggest fans but this is so far out of line that it makes me reconsider how I feel about the aurora I have on order...maybe a Hyper like DB has would be a better way to go....I hope this works out for you ES...you do not deserve this kind of treatment...

well, closing time has come and gone and still non replyus, so refundo mundo action is now in progress...

Somehow I had a feeling that it would end like this.

not even the common courtesy to reply to an email or even to phone me and discuss options and whatnot.

I am very very disappointed in AW...this is totally uncalled for...AW should be ashamed of this and give ES all the free sh*t that ES wants to keep him as a AW user...shame on you AW....I will never defend AW in a thread again, as I would be lying

I'm really really sorry to hear that ES, you were always patient with them and nothing ever got resolved, as a lot of the guys said, you don't deserve that kind of treatment

well,the email is sent....


Since there was no reply from AW after I had sent my email to you yesterday regarding the pc and such, as was stated in the email that if no REAL offer or email was forthcoming by monday, and since this is 18.50 on friday thus the next working day is monday then I have no other option but to ask for a complete refund, I dont want that pc back, so if somehow it mysteriously ships to me it will not be signed for and WILL BE returned unopened.

I have had nothing but problems with it, and consumer law would be on my side due to the fact that I have given AW chances to redeem themselves.

So as of 9am on monday morning I will be contacting alienware and demanding a total refund due to the products inability to do what it was stated as being able to do.

I do not want that pc back because I have no faith that it will continue to work as it never has worked after "so called repairs" any PC company can tell you that if a psu is damaged then most likely every single component is damaged aswell, but yet AW continued to just replace parts thinking that would solve the problem, as soon as the bust psu was spotted, the entire machine should of been replaced with new components.

Also the fact that do you think I am happy with buying a pc that WAS worth £3000 only to be able to use it in 6 months time ?

Nothing that AW can say or do now will make me change my mind as this farce has continued on for far too long...

I dont expect to have to pay a restocking fee and will not pay any restocking fee if AW decide to charge it.

Since this email will reach you before I call on monday then I presume that I will not have any difficulty in obtaining my refund...

thats what was said.....
