TECH SUPPORT:
yes, when you pay $25/month, they better give you something. FIREFOX is FREE, yet their forums, and hundreds of other online sources still give you fantastic support, on top of that, see here:

Only company w/ parental controls and anti-virus:
lol..this is just too funny. first of all, thats a false claim, comcast and MSN both offer both of those features (i would know as a former msn, current comcast customer). Furthermore, why would you want their bloatware? Trust me, you're better off with NOD32 / (or) Avast! Home / (or) AVG Free!, SpyBot/(or) Ad-Aware and ZoneAlarm. More secure, less drain on your system. Better yet, use linux, all you need is firestarter and you're set!
Multi-logins:
you kidding me, right? First of all, AOL is not the only company with that, for that MSN Explorer has multi-logins, and Comcast just uses slightly tweaked IE for their browser last time i checked (like a year ago). Regardless, assuming you use WinXP (hell, even ME and 2K have this), each user gets their own accont on the computer, you can install firefox for all users, and then each users customized firefox will differ from all other users, one doesn't effect the other.
now my 2 cents about AOL:
...they are selling dial up + bloatware for $25 a month...why so expensive? You can get a low-end AT&T/Yahoo! dsl (256k down i believe) for $14/month for the first 1/2 year and then $21/month after that, still $4/month cheaper than AOL and the speed is in practice about 10x faster. If you want dial up, i think NetZero is the way to go, $10/month doesn't break the bank, and they dont load you up with crapware so you're free to use your own stuff. Anyway...i guess my point is, AOL suck! all the other companies rule!
