Yea, should be able to save a few bucks off newegg if you get the parts yourself. I put together my system on ibuypower before I bought it off newegg, and I think it was roughly 300$ less if I remember correctly.
The main advantage for me for buying it from ibuypower was the idea of them testing the system before they sent it. I really wanted it before the holiday season, and I ordered it late enough where if I had to RMA a part, it would have been close to the new year before I got it. Luckly when I went through newegg I didn't have any diffective parts that messed things up.
