Thank you Alienware ... great service

I thought I'd take the time to report the great service I have received from AW. I know there are a lot of posts from people who have had problems but I thought I'd let you know that there are people out there who have received great service.

I have had my 7700 nearly a year now and it has been rock solid - a great machine. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a couple of stuck pixels on the display. Alienware replaced the screen for me and I have my sexy beast back now with 100% working screen ... good work fellas !

nice to see a thread like this. im happy as well, though i just recieved my laptop two weeks ago, everything has been running flawlessly.

took a week but I'm in the UK and AW are in Ireland so courier time was a couple of days each end. AW did their bit in one day ...

US service has always been very pleasant to me.

Last time I called, they got me a pina colada, and rubbed my feet while I told them about my problems.
