Okay. As sweet as this machine is, I simply don't use it enough to justify keeping it. It's about 6 months old and in *mint* condition.

Pentium M 2.0ghz
2gb DDR2 533
80gb 7200rpm HD
Geforce 7800GTX
DVD-RW/CD-RW

Pictures available. I spent a good chunk of money on this setup, so I am asking $2400 shipped.

I have heatware under voodoodrul.

Let me know if you are interested!

What sort of warranty do you have on it?

Just the remainder of the 1 year. 164 days remaining as of now

No complete care? Drat.

I have no intention of buying a notebook without Complete Care.

can you part out? I have a 6800 Ultra that I can trade you plus cash. LMK with a PM for that 7800 GTX

Better go lower. You don't even have Complete Care.

^lmao

Why are you laughing? Howdogg has his for sale, with 2 and half years left of Complete Care and the same specs for only 100 bucks more.

So, laugh it up.

Another post for the same machine with complete care is $2500. The difference in price from Dell is $120. Complete Care doesn't seem that useful to me since that "warranty" only entitles you to a refurbished machine from Dell.. The typical "revolving door" policy of laptops in a bin. That's what you get if you ask for Complete Care repairs. Someone else's returned laptop that Dell claims is functional. Seems rather useless to me. The standard warranty covers hardware failures. Don't pour coffee on your laptop or use it as a frisbee and you're good to go.

Oh.. and don't thread crap, please. If you want to move the price around, make an offer instead.

Who is thread crapping. It was a suggestion.

What about surge damage? Regular warranty doesn't cover it.

This is not Ebay, please read the rules...

Last time I saw a XPS Gen 2 was worth around $1800. ANyways, what about selling the vid card itself? I can add my 6800 Ultra in the deal so you could still sell the lappy as a whole. LMK
