id say the card is not on right or the card is busted..... take out the card and put your old one in... if its working , then its the card....

POS Windows + Mobile Cards = FUBAR

Hit F8 when you boot up. Instead of going into safe mode, go down the list to something called "VGA Mode." Select that, you should load fine. Install the driver of your choice and be on your merry way .

same thing happened to me you gotta clean out your drivers then reinstall them just what he said about the F8 boot.

and people before you tell somone they hvae a messed up card know what you are talking about not guessing

The only additional cooling measure I took was to have my CPU fan run at low speed continuously, so some air is passing over the 2nd GPU heatsink all the time.
