I get something too (while running the car demo), it's so weak that I only really hear it, if I put my ear near to the keyboard though.
Unplugging from AC helped, turning 3D speed down to medium apparently didn't.

Maybe there are different problems?

Can you confirm what type of Ram you guys received your laptop? There's another thread in the forum, and it seems the majority did not get the advertised 667 Mz, instead they got the old Ram they had in the warehouse. Thanks for the input.
