I just got mine, and it's not what I expected at all. I thought it would be soft kind of like those memory foam, but it feels hard, kind of like styrofoam. I also thought that if you pressed on it, it would bounce right back into its original shape like memory foam, but when I press on it, the indentation stays.

....is this normal? Can anyone else with a Shinza sleeve verify?
