83.40 is currently in "Alpha Testing" stages by me . Just so you guys know .
I was just about to install the 83.20s and now I don't know if I should just wait for the 83.40s.
Any reason to install XTreme-G MobileForce 83.20.v2.25 rather than NVIDIA Forceware 83.40 WHQL?
I went with 83.40 LV2G, they are newer than 83.20.

Hey Jerico, do you by chance own a Dodge ram?

like2play247, if you can't figure out what it is, i'd suggest a reformat, a fresh install of windows and dell's drivers, along with the new mobileforce drivers, as the newer ones on laptop video2go might give you some complications as it doesnt install nearly the same way.

Has anyone had issues with these yet (83.20). I have had 2 instances where the drivers messed up and the screen went wierd, almost like a color monochrome type screen. I know monochrome and color isn't right, but that is what it looked like. It happened when I cntl, alt, deleted a madden 06 game, then on a 3d screensaver I had running. The temps were fine when it happened. Any advice? I ran driver cleaner pro from safe mode prior to installing them, so it was a fresh install.

nope the xtreme g drivers worked perfect for me but i coudln't install the 83.40 LV2G ones, and i know how to do the whole inf thing but it was telling me there was something wrong with the inf. i dunno, i just reverted back to the Xtreme-G drivers and i'm going to stick to those from now on, easy installation, you know they work, and their enhanced, not to mention Tony does an amasing job on them and keeps coming out with new ones faster than Nvidia or Dell lol. I believe he deserves for us to all use his drivers, ansd forget about Laptopvideo2go,dell's and Nvidia's drivers. You know his are the best, and he's making them for US, so why should we insult him and his work by using some other drivers just because their slightly newer? you know he'l have that new drive out, enhanced, in a week or so.

Better and more stable (well, never was unstable)
Check here
I played Battlefield 2 for a couple of hours and they are stable for me and I notice performance is better.
I just installed these from the 82,10 and now Guildwars is all messed up. I can see through walls and stuff, wish it was messed up in BF2 :-). Any ideas, on why?
Fixed problem by updating audigy notebook drivers of all things.

no RivaTuner bundle now...

Well, I was TRYING to get a RivaTuner bundle for the next release of the driver (post-83.40), but after speaking with the ass Hilbert of Guru3D , and having been banned from there for no reason at all (except for being XG). It's not gonna happen .

anyone else have experience w/ the 83.40 drivers?
Using L2go version. Idles pretty high w/ the Ultra. (high 57-60C.) W/ the Dell latest driver I had it idle low 50's. I'm guessing it gets higher as we go..
Ran 3 sets of drivers w/Q4 benchmark (I like to use a real game not some payoff scam benchmark IMO) 5 times and averaged them out on a 6800go @ 375/760 with a rez of 1920x1200.

XTreme-G 81.97 = 44.1 fps

DHZer0point 81.95 = 44.4 fps

XTreme-G 83.20 = 44.9 fps

Thanks again Tony... You rock!!!

What graphics settings do you use for BF2? I tried installing with everything cranked up, and game seemed to freeze. I have the 7800gtx as well.
