NOw i dont want this thread closed again, due to other peoples childish behavior so Listen up. So far my experince with ASUS has been horrible. I fell that spekaing the truth is not illegeal and should not be in this thread. I am speaking from hoenstly, as I fell that computer brain and asus both have ripped me off. Geared2play I understand that you said it is computerbrians issue but I dont think so as ASUS is the one who supplys the computer. I dont think lying to asus saying i did not recieve my computer is a good thing to say. I told asus the truth wheter they like it or not that they sent me a damged product. I gave them a dead line for 1 week to send me a replacement and they have failed. So therfore ALbert who is helping me at asus, I am filing a chargeback with my credit card company. I feel I was not respected at both asus and computerbrain and they owe me an apolgoy. I will keep you guys further updated.

Click on his username and then find more posts by this user before you post. Hmmm, see a pattern? And I always thought it was not good to order a moderator to do or not do something but to each their own I guess. Personally I think your last thread will suffice for this issue since it can still be viewed, unless you are trying to get a rise from others again.

Dude blaming asus for a product that was sold by your own admitance to you as an open box is like blaming ups for damaging a product they didnt ship. There is no faulty party here other then the people who sold you a used lappy as new. You can threaten albert to sew. The reality here is you did not pay asus for a not as advertised product you pay the dealer. If we ship something that has a mistake we have to check our records and see what happen. I wouldnt know how to deal with this becuase all our used product goes to the forums for resale as such or we keep for future warranty repair which any company that provides warranty has to keep. You are blaming and seeking retrobution from the wrong people. There is no way asus shipped you a product with multiple missing items. No way.

gotta agree with Eddie on this one. You wrote in your first thread that Asus even apologized to you (which they did not have to do by any means, since they didn't scratch up the notebook), and you're still mad at them? You're entitled to your opinion, but in my opinion getting mad at a company that's been trying to help you even though the problem is not their fault is borderline rediculous, and you've also already said it. Thread closed.
