F.E.A.R. gfx rocks, and it scares the crap outa me

Just beat F.E.A.R. again for the second time, and I hafta say, that even w/ the graphics on low (mobile pc) the graphics are frickin sweet. I really like this game, even though I thought it was a piece of crap when I first saw it; big mistake. Started playing and got hooked. I love the HV gun; shoot someone and watch them get pinned to the wall.

However, the game still scares the shit outa me at certain points, probably not as much as Ravenholm in HL2, but it's still pretty far up there.

Any other feelings about the game?

aww, i havent gotten there in hl2. I just get so bored of it sometimes. How does fear compare?

I find FEAR too scary. I tried putting on cheats to decrease the tension but the cheats dont work for some reason. I'm replaying HL2 and I just got past Ravenholm. To be honest, I hate that episode, it bores me.

I know what you mean. I was playing it Christmas night after the wife and kids went to bed. Had toturn it off about 2 AM...just to scary to play while alone in the dark. I mean the little girl showing up all the time...

i think fear is more jumpy than ravenholm. but ravenholm kept me constantly checking my back.
