I think that it depnds on the mother board as to which memeory is employed more that the Intel chip. From what you indicate as the specs for the motherboard, I don't believe that they will work. The RDRAM was expensive, so you might be able to sell it for a somewhat decent price. The DDR memory (even the DDR400) is much cheaper in cost. I don't think that I would be selecting a motherboard to salvage the cost of the RDRAM; however, it is a possibility -- might not be cost effective though.
