About a month ago the right audio channel cut out on my sager (2.0 GHz Northwood core, 1GB PC266, Radeon 7500 64MB) On both headphones and the PC speaker the left speaker works and the right just pops and buzzes as though the signal is not quite getting through. The strange part is that when I use the CD player feature without turning the computer on the headphones and speaker work just fine. I contacted sager and they have no idea what is wrong with it, thinking it was related to interference from the wall socket, it is not. The only other suggestion they had is to send it in to them and pay a boat load of money for out of warranty service, where they will probably just swap out the whole motherboard, an expense I am not willing to put out for this computer. I would appreciate any help to diagnose the particular problem
