I have emailed Hypersonic 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and have received no replies. I had some questions on the system I configured, and since their online chat seems to be down 100% of the time, I emailed them. Is there any reason they would not reply (don't reply to free gmail accounts?)? I would like to know that a company I'm about to spend $2700 with, values my buisness and would reply my questions promptly. Anyone know if there is something special I need to do, or something I am doing wrong? By the way, one of the questions was if the 7800GTX Go is much better than a 6600 Go. Thanks for the help.
