well i know there are more scenarios I just didn't wanna bore anyone with lengthy posts...based on past history (like the 1029) if there is any idea on how much of a delay was there with the 1029 when it was coming out?

yeah the original digitimes article I couldn't link to (needed to be a subscriber)..The solar powered notebook came out at winter ces 1-09-06.
