Why oh why did dell cut off email support for xps, is was so much easier to get a replacement, not i get run around in circles on the phone, and get no replacement. I like the email support, but I have to say that if we are stuck peramently on phone I can affirm ill never buy a dell again.

If the https://premiersupport.dell.com/ doesn't work for you, the link above will. Just enter your service tag and click submit then pick the 'No, I would rather send an email to a Product Support Representative.' option.

Wow it actually worked!!!!!!!!!!! But im still going to have to leave the venting for their "XPS" phone support, I get one guy who has a thick accent and i shard to understand, then i get sent to the manager. I was thinking yay, someone who might speak better english, nope! I get worse english!

Anywho, thanks for the help somms a little +rep to you.

The biggest thing ive learned, is a little complaining goes a looooong way with dell, the moment you mention something or sound like you are angry with their support, its like an instant 180.

Well actually i got sent the same old email about xps support only being avaliable through the phone..... so

Im not sure if they will replace it, I talked to the manager and she said they woudl put it through the labs and see what happens, now how much merit that has or not Im not sure. I would be pretty pissed if I couldnt get a replacement, it was just so much simpler to through email. I bought this system the end of July last year, its definetly still under warranty.

Didn't work for me, i filled out the form about my failing keyboard, and got this after two replies:

Dear Dell Customer,

Based upon the service tag submitted, it appears that you have a Dell XPS system. Dell XPS systems come with specialized XPS support from a team of technicians specially trained on the XPS line.

To access the specialized XPS Support Team please dial 1-800-624-9896.

1) On the first option choose " 3 " (For technical support)
2) On second option say "No" (Are you calling to check the status on a service request)
4) On the third option say " yes" (Are you contacting us for a product that has Dell logo on it)
5) Enter the Express service code when it ask you to enter the 11 digit code.

You call will then be routed directly to an XPS agent.

Currently, all support for XPS systems is being handled via the telephone.

Thank you for choosing Dell.
