mousepad buttons discolored

i was wipping (=p) my notebook with a flannel with water... and the paint job on the mouse buttons simply came off on the flannel... how do i paint them back to the original color?!?

he has been a good one, until i had to bath (clean with umid towels) him =D

my english is quite rusty....
