i9kfanGUI, how do you keep fan speed at its maximum

Thread Starter
I like to directly control the fan speeds by choosing High in i9kfanGUI then hit apply.

After I hit apply, the cpu fan starts to spin at around 4500 rpm, and gpu at around 4300, but after about a minute, the cpu drops down to 4k, and the gpu fan drops down to 3800.

In order to make then spin at their maximum, I have to hit apply again.

Is there a way to make them spin at their maximum speed for an extended period of time?

Thanks,

Thomas

oh no, it still drops back down.

1. His sig has to display that to show he had a bomb. You'll notice a few people have it.

2. Wrong! It doesn't work that often.

tommms.. download the latest version and if you want to maintain HIGH speeds use the MAX SPEED option. Just click Start under Force Max Speed. I'm using an internal version 2.3 internal beta 3 built 4 and it works great. However this option should also be in the public version also.
