it is still in the package........otherwise it would qualify as toxic waste; and require a bio-hazard permit to be transported to the hazardous materials disposal site.

The warm body that shares my life, (the wyfe), suggested that I take the new AW black armour case; pack it full with spare vacuum tubes for the guitar amps; and then try the "10 foot drop test" to ensure that the lappy case is up to snuff.

I'm not sure which is more precious...the irreplacable tubes...the new case, or the lappy (that is yet to be delivered) that would be in the case.

Kinda broke out in a fair sweat; just considering the thought of doing a performance test like that.

The wyfe is still giggling.......

I get nervous when I hear/see people strapping inanimate objects to their body..and call it sport....

Some years ago, I met a young lady up in Canada, and she convinced me to try skiing....I had never participated in this "sport", prior to this time; but she assured me that there was nothing to it. Now, in all honesty, time has clouded the events to some extent; but I do remember having some curved wooden planks attached to my butt, and the distinct feeling of being pushed over a cliff......

The ambulance crew were quite sympathetic; I remember one saying that he "had never quite seen a performance like that before"...as they tried to extricate me from the rail/fence around the chalet patio.

For myself....all I can remember about the ride down the hill....I think I skiied the first 50 feet, then rolled, bounced, and flailed, the next 5000 feet....ground, sky, ground, sky, ground, sky.......

HA! i'm 14! turning 15 June 3rd, Alienware Aurora m7700 for my birthday! actually for the declaration of my faith. you see, I am a Baha'i, and when someone turns 15, they are old enough to make a decision for themselves. so when they turn 15, they have to make a decision on what religion/faith they are. this is called Declaration of Faith, so when I declare my religion, it will be a celebration, so Alienware here I come!

what, like in some rural tribe or something? no, if I was, I wouldn't be up to date with computers. no there are a lot of religions that do that. my religion is the newest there is, its only about 161 years old, whereas Christianity is somewhere close to 2,000 years old
