AS5 Thermal Compund

On the Hypersonic website it says they use AS5 but, does anyone know if they use this on EVERY system they build? If so, do they apply it to the graphics processor as well?

Definitely a good question for Pat. I know they use it on the CPUs, but I am not sure about the graphics processor.

That aside - the site says they put the AS5 on all their systems (per the system information pages). So I would have to base my assumption on that.

We use AS5 on the processors only.

aha that answers alot of questions......my gpu is soreing to 85 degrees at the moment im not sure weather to blame the australian summer (38 degrees celcius) or bad cooling solution for gpu , im guessing both , which brings me to another question why for the love of god did they not put a better cooling solution on pentium based systems now full well that they cook ? damn you clevoooooo!!!!!!..............hmm i suppose applying as5 to the gpu yourself voids warranty?
