I ordered my E1705 on 1/30 through EPP. It was built and in boxing by 2/2 sat in boxing until 2/6 and should be delivered 2/7 (Next Day Shipping because that's what I ordered) Instead of coming on 2/7 according to FedEx, Dell changed the shipping from overnight to Express Saver 3-Day, FedEx shows an ETA of 2/9. I call Dell and they blame it on FedEx, call FedEx and blamed on Dell, call Dell back get cut off after waiting on hold for 10 mins, call again start to tell the rep my problem and get cut off again, made another call waiting for a rep to talk to less than 5 minute wait and because its EPP they close at 7PM Central Time so it cuz me off when the clock struck 7 therefore home and home office can't help me and nobody can help me until morning so I'm not going to get the laptop tomorrow, and Dell is going to give me money back or another free DJ Ditty or something, I'm a little angered and just wanted to let it out and see if anyone else has had these problems before?
