for anyone that has purchased from sagernotebooks.com, hows their service and coverage?

Terrible.

Look at my thread (http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=127478). They will not replace a busted keyboard, and after being treated like an idiot over the phone by someone who didn't know the first thing about computing, they finally agreed to replace my defective DVD-RW drive. My advice -- stay away from them completely.

I just had my optical drive on my 9750 replaced by Sager, under the standard 1yr Sager warranty. Smooth, no issues with Sager and tech support called up and even asked if i needed help to remove the optical out of my 9750 via phone. Kudos to them for that...
