xps2 display cover on 9300

hi,
i wonder if it is possible to put a xps2 display cover on a 9300? and would it also be possible to conntect the led cable of the cover with the 9300 so the leds work?
please help...

Cover yes, LED's no. Theres no hookup for the led's on the 9300 board. You could probably wire them to a usb port to always be on, think someone had a howto on doing that in one of the stickies.

If the LEDs can be connected, Dell won't be able to sell any XPS.

Can the side LED's be added? Or is it just the palm rest ones that can be changed.?
