I think my AC Adapter is giving out and I need a replacement. Does anyone have a good source for 3rd party adapters? Ebay has a few but I notice they are not vented and looks like no fan inside. My old one suffered from overheating and melted part of the cord. So I'm reluctant to grab one of those unless someone has had experience with them before.
Mine is an older 5660. I'm not looking to invest much into it at this point but would like to keep it running as long as I can.
What models can share the same AC adapters?
I assume 56x0 sager/clevo/prostar/hypersonic/alienware/EuroCom
what about other generations like the 57x0 or 8xxx series.
