I ordered an Inspirion 9400 on the 20h of January, few days later I call Dell Canada to get an update on the order status and they tell me it was cancelled (for no appearant reason according to Dell). So I had to place a new order on the 25th. It got cancelled again and I had to reorder it on the 27th of January where it finally went through. There was no reason given to me by Dell as it was not my credit card or anything like that. Up to today (Feb 7th) it is still in manufacturing. I have some friends who ordered their laptop (with similar specs) days after mine and they have received it. Mine has not even been finished yet. They said I should get it by the end of next week. They would not even offer express shipping to me even though it was their fault my order was cancelled. This is probably the last time I order from Dell. Their customer service lady seemed like she could care less about what I told her.
