I've spoke to the swedish suport about the freezing issue

Hi,

I called the Swedish support today and I start to get a little worried right from start. I told this guy "Ingvar" I had a Amilo M3438G and I asked him what he know about the freezing issue. He told me they never heard about the freezing issue and didn't know anything about it. Then I asked him if he ever had read this forum? What forum was the answer... Now I was really getting worried. I was then forced to help him navigate through FJ :s webpage to find the so called support forum on the FS homepage !
I asked him to read the "SERIOUS PERFORMANCE PROBLEM Mx43x - Lagging Issue - DON'T BUY" thread (http://support.fujitsu-siemens.de/fo...c.php?t=13089).
He then told me to update to the latest bios so I asked him for what bios. Both the computer and the graphic bios, ok I continued playing dumb and asked where I could find those bios and he told me that the computer bios could be found in the FS:s homepage and then he told me I could find the bios for the graphic in either ATI or the nVidia homepage according to what graphic card I had. Well correct me if I'm wrong but I never heard about a Amilo M3438G with ATI graphic card.

That's strange.
I have also talkt to Ingvar about the freezing issue.
He told me to that he newer heard about it.
I'm so mad at FSC, if it's a problem fix it.
