MCE NVIDIA drivers

Thread Starter
I was curious what driver MCE users are using with their NVIDIA Video cards?

In the latest drivers from NVIDIA they appear to have forgotten to add the "MCE extensions", since I have MCE I am guessing I want these extensions. What is the newest drivers they have released that included the MCE extensions? In searching the net I see mention of a 77 version with them, but is this the newest one available?

Also, knowing I have a 6800go and have to use special drivers such as laptopvideo2go, will using those INFs blow away any special MCE extensions?

On a side note: are the MCE extentions that useful? Do they give real added performance or should I just not worry about it?

Not sure what MCE extensions are but I just use Tony's X-Treme drives on my 9300 with MCE. Haven't seen any problems. You need a seperate DVD decoder, but other then that everything seemso work fine.

i think since they came out with there DVD decoding software that uses mce extensions they stopped with the extensions in there video drivers so you must buy there dvd software to use the hardware gpu for playing video

i say watching dvd with nvidia DVD decoding software and mce2005 looks better then the HDTV i see at the stores . i always ask the sales person is this playing HDTV . Thinking to my self that the HDTV on my laptop looks better. i guess blowing the picture up to 55inch and splitting the video signals to 50 tv's
