Backup CD Question - Page 2

Rather than downloading all the drivers, could I use the driver CD that came with the computer?

how do u request for a reinstall cd? i forgot to order one with my laptop... I've been trying to call dell and they've been bouncing me around for 45 min!!!!

use the chat on their website. Its a ton easier than listenning to automated messages and getting transfered 4 or 5 times.

plus, its easier to communicate what your looking for with just a simple text:

"requesting backup Operating System CD"

I've found it difficult to communicate what I'm requesting via phone... maybe its just me but chat was way easier.

Hmm i tried that, but the dude said "THis is hardware support you need to contact software"

Dude, did u choose "hardwaresupport" "ordersupport" or "sales" ?
