Front Sound Output Jack not working correctly

Front output jack does not work on my 9860 the day I get it back from having the MB replaced... I love this laptop but I am wavering on buying another sager/clevo after this latest issue.

I spent alot on shipping this thing back and forth and I am hoping I don't have to send it back anyone have any tips on getting the jack to work?

I know its not speakers, i tried several sets ... also it does not matter what the configuration no matter what is plugged into that jack does not work right...

any suggestions?

are you talking about the 8790 model? The front of 9860 is audio/clock panel.

i would assume he means the jack for the frontspeakers as compared the rear speakers
