Newegg and Extended Warranties

I bought a 1GB memory stick from newegg and a 2 year Extended Warranty for it. The memory stoped working 3 weeks ago and I want to change it, but I have no idea of how to do it.

What do I need to do, a RMA? Or since I bought an Extended Warranty I need to do something else?

Please, help me, I've being stucked with a faulty ram because I don't know how to ask for a replacement. It has been 3 weeks now and counting.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I had already read that page, but I wasn't sure if I had to do a RMA. It seems it is the only way to ask for a replacement so I'll do a RMA.
