Regular lcd's dont hacve that layer, I dont find regular lcd's to sratch easy at all, my question does that glossy pastic scratch easy or at all? If so can it be replaced?

What could you be doing to it that would get scratches on the screen? 
Just be careful not use anything abrasive when you clean it. Most people wont want to touch the screen because it'll get yuky fingerprint smudges all over.
Other than that, I dont see how you could scratch it other than if you were one of those people who got mad at games and threw mice or something!
And yes, the LCD is user replaceable.

You will want to treat the screen just like you would treat a decent pair of glasses. Don't wipe the screen with abrasive towels, etc. Use mild cleaning agents or specific LCD cleaning towels for best results.
