What is this? No MJ-12 m5500i?

Is Alienware no longer offering the MJ-12 m5500i anymore? They like just came out and their not offering them anymore? Is this bad that I bought one? maybe they arnt good? but mine is amazing, whats going on?

They most likely discontinued it because you can configure the regular m5500 with the same specs. The m5500 seems to be catching on (even I've got one on order) so I wouldn't worry about your being out of date - more like cutting edge. Glad to hear you like it.

I highly doubt its out of date, i mean it handles everything i throw at it, except some games, like F.E.A.R i can barely get away with it on medium, is that bad?

Being able to play F.E.A.R. on a 15.4" notebook at medium settings is a good thing. I'll be very happy if mine does as well.

I think they probably combined models under one configurator, as the different names were confusing people.

I guess its pretty cool to look at it that way , FEAR runs nice but idk, i thought it would run a bit better.
