how to access the BIOS?

Hi,

I have created a Bootable rescue cd using True Image 9, and I have to change my BIOS to enable my pc to boot from CD.

How do I do that - is it the CTRL-F11, or F12 during restart?

why change the bios when you can use the 1-time boot function?
