Hallo everybody.
I've read on gaetcke site that it is possible to set lower frequencies of GPU clock if you want to reduce temperatures of your laptop. On frequency settings in nvidia geforce properties are some options regarding overclocking. I'm choosing manual overclocking and I'm leaving default frequency settings (standard 2D- 100/220 and for 3D- 325/600 MHz) and enabling field regarding restart.
When will I have lower/higher frequency enabled? Is it the magic amilo fan button? What software should I use to monitor in real time GPU frequency? What software should I use to heat up CPU ang GPU together and monitor temperatures?
