Memory Issues on 766? Please help I've seemed to have miss placed my sanity

I've been having this issue for a long time now, and have finally gotten enough time to devote to try and fix. Here's the abridged version, I had random blue screen at least 1-5 times a day, didn't matter what I was doing. Ran some memory tests and they came back with errors so I traced it down to one of the two sticks.

I removed the stick ran with one chip and reinstalled windows, ran without BSOD until I started messing around with it again. A couple of weeks ago I call AW and have them ship me out a replacement memory stick. Less then a week later I get, pop it in and machine doesn't boot. After a messing around with it for a little while I realize the timing on the new memory and the old memory were different. So I figured that was the issue, call them up they are send me another one.

Meanwhile while I was waiting for the part, I deceided to perform a little expriement, I put a pc3200 512 chip(which is what my machine shipped with) in one slot and a pc2700 256 chip in the other slot, both had CL timing of 2.5(orignal's are 3). Used the machine for a week using them for a week until the other 512 chip arrived, didn't have a single BSOD, I even put the machine through hell to try to get it to crash but it didnt budge.

So new pc3200 chip comes,I put it in and machine boots up. Use the machine all day then at night boom!, BSOD. Same blue screen errors I used to get,08E was the most common one sometimes I used to get Page Less then IRQ or something like that. My question is does anybody have any idea to what this could possibly be? I'm trying to learn how to read the memory dumps but it's not too easy. So if anyone has any sort of suggestions please feel free to suggest anything, this is driving me nuts

Here is the what I get back from the Windows Debug tool which reads minidump files, can anyone understand this. Does it have something to do with the unloaded modules down below?

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8056ea22, The address that the exception occurred at

Something interesting which I just found in my manual while I was looking through it for fun. It has in big letters "If your computer comes with Intel P4 FSB800 CPU, you must choose PC2700 compliant Dimm module." The manual was written in 2003, but I have a feeling that if I pc2700 memory it will probably work fine. But I should note also that I haven't had a blue screen in three days, knock on wood. Anybody have any insights about the difference's between what the manual says and what came in the computer?
