HP Pavilion ze400. I got it in November of 2004. It has no damage, scratches, marks on it.
Everything works perfectly except for the screen, which shows up as white. When you use an external monitor, the display is fine. It seems as if a cable inside connecting the LCD screen and the motherboard is loose, or possibly the screen needs to be replaced (a new screen costs like $200). If you're advanced with computers, it's really no problem to fix, or worst case scenario, replace.
The computer had cost me $1,000 when I bought it. I figure due to it's age, it's now worth something like $500 (going rate on eBay), but since the LCD screen *may* need replacement (like $200, although it may just be a matter of making sure there aren't any loose cables, I'm more of a desktop guy, so I'm not about to toy with the inside of a laptop, as I don't know exactly what I'm doing in there), I can let go of it for $225.
Here are the specs:
Windows XP Home Edition SP 2
Intel Celeron M
1.4 GHz
738 MB RAM
Intel Extreme Graphics Card - 82852/82855
DVD-ROM
(if I forgot to list something, don't be afraid to ask)
It will come with all the parts, manuals, discs, etc... The harddrive will be formatted. If you want, I can install XP on it, or you can do it, all you really need to do is pop in the disc.
Of course, if you have any questions, you can post here, or e-mail me, whatever.
Thanks for the read.
P.S. - I have been selling things on eBay and other various trading/buying/selling websites for 2 years and have hundreds of positive feedback.
P.S.S. - For both buyer and seller safety, PayPal is preferred, but I can accept any method of payment.
