WTB: Laptop around $700

I'm in the market for a new laptop. I'm looking to spend around $700, although I wouldn't be against spending a bit more for the right machine.

What I'm looking for (at least):
any mobile chip, 1.5Ghz
512 of RAM
40 GB HDD
Video with dedicated RAM, like 64mb or more
CDRW/DVD or DVDRW
Wireless (at least b, but g would be better)

The above figures are basics. I would like a lot more, but would be able to settle for the above. Just something that I can do generally productive things on, but still be capable of decently running games and possibly 3D CAD software. Doesn't need to be small, or have good battery life, as it would usually remain plugged in all the time, even when it goes places. A portable desktop replacement, if you will. Was close to buying a CL56 with 2Ghz Centrino, 1Gb RAM, 60 GB HDD, 9700 Pro 128mb, 54g wireless, CDRW/DVD for $800. I'm looking for something similar.

I appreciate the offers recieved so far guys, but I'm really looking to spend no more than $850 (as that is all the money I have). Of course, closer to $700 is better.

I could potentially offer a (very) partial trade of the laptop I use currently. It has certainly seen better days, but it still works despite its issues. Might be worth $100 to someone, maybe.

Again, I really appreciate the offers everybody, but I can't do any more than $850 for any system. And even that is stretching it.

I'll sell you my emachines m6805. it has a 15.4 inch screen as well as a 9600 64MB video card, cd burner, 512MB ram, 20gig HD - all for $650. the notebook is too big for me and I am looking for a 12" notebook.

I have a Acer TravelMate TM4402WLMi that im willing to sell for $825 shipped. I have some bills to pay so im selling this system. Everything is mint and has barely been played. Plays WOW and WC3 without a hitch.

Bummer, I have that same system but I just bought it (lid is all scratched up so I can't really ask for the same amount of money...) and don't want to take a $$$ hit that fast.
