I've got to admit that even though it is poxy that our systems were defective, in my experience, AW UK has been doing its best to help out. Before choosing AW I shopped around here in Germany and didn't find anywhere that offered better guarantee conditions and I'm glad I'm not lumped with paying courier fees as some were offering. Other companies were promising 2 week turnaround + freight time which isn't far off what AW estimated today. The CS mobs have definitely tried to do the right thing by me and the European techs that I have spoken to so far do seem to know their shite.

Anyway, where did they have your system sent to ? I am guessing I drew a bad card when I got the service tech guy that I got. I am glad someone is got some hope and is sticking it out. After talking around here Things can an do get better. after all it's just a machine. ( although a very exspensive one ! )
