You can use the same quicksnap covers as the 9300. You can order them cheaper if you DON'T buy them directly from dell. Cheers!

I guess Dell must be keeping a huge supply of its "Carbon Fibre" Quicksnap(TM) color kits - since pretty much everyone seem to be buying one these days.

Im keepin mine from the 9300. Its a bit scratched tho.
On the other hand, undernieth os perfect. Just like new. Good for whoever buys it.

I just recently purchased the leather quicksnap cover and I like it, although it does make the laptop slightly chunkier.

What exactly are these for the uneducated like myself?

Hello.

The quicksnap covers are just a rigid piece of plastic that fits on the top (backside of lcd) of the laptop.

They are available in :
carbon fiber
some red cherry wood
black leather
and a light metallic blue

50 bux . . although I've paid 25 for each of mine.

Google for pics!

would ya mind tell me how these things work?

just some glue on the back and snap it to the cover of the laptop?

is it reusable? will there be glue left at the laptop's cover?

He only has one quicksnap that will fit the 9300/e1705. The others are for the 6000 or 8600.

Anyone have a link to a charcole leather 9300 quicksnap for less than 49.95?

Jor: They dont need glue, they snap into the top and bottom of the lcd frame and yes they are reusable.
