DVD Drive Ejects on power-on

I have been enjoying my 5720 for a few weeks now, but there is one thing that I thought I'd ask...

When I power on my laptop, the dvd drive pops open. It's no problem to just close it and move on, but I was wondering if this is intentional or if there is a way to get it to stop doing that.

Mine does that too...

At first I thought I was accidentally touching the button in the CD drive, but after a while a realized it simply happens.

There might be a pattern for it to happen but for now it seems just random...
