Cheapest place to buy replacement battery?

The battery on my 600m currently has 18% wear according to NHC and only has a 43wH usage after exactly one year of use and basically one full discharge and charge almost everyday of the year. I currently can only get about 2 hours of use on the battery with the screen on full brightness which I am a huge fan of. I saw that the battery is uberexpensive from Dell so I was wondering where else I could buy one for hopefully cheaper.

ebay, but make sure you find the ones that are new and OEM, not "generic", or "like OEM"
It is by far the cheapest

Is NHC accurate with wear? Mine already has 6% wear and its not even a month old if its correct....o_0 This is on an M170 fyi.

For me it says I have 0% wear but it drops from about 40% to 5% in about 2 minutes. I really don't think it's accurate at all. Plus the "SMART" hard drive is stupid. It says it's the power on count is 3445 years, 267 days, and 20 hours. Sure thing "SMART" hard drive.....
