My old notebook REALLY needs to be replaced. I have looked at the Celvo computers (actually purchased on a returned it), but they don't have the Duo Core and who knows when it might arrive. So, sadly, I might buy a Dell.
That said, I am confused by their pricing:
From the Dell hoem page, I clicked on Small Business->Notebooks->View all Inspirons.
From here, I selected the 9400.
Then, I priced out two computers - one starting from the 'Advanced' and one starting from the 'Enhanced'. I configured the computers identically - same HD, memory, etc.
When I got done, one of them had a final price of $2682 and the other was $2165.
WHY????
Yes, the 'Advanced' comes with MS Works and XP Pro vs. the Corel suite and XP Home, but that is hardly worth the $500 difference.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!
