Hi, my friend was having an issue with his HP Paviion a815n. It seems that he is unable to access his Task Manager. When he hits Ctrl-Alt-Del, Ctrl-Shift-Esc, or runs taskmgr.exe from the Start>Run command, it just shows his user information and the options to Disconnect or Log out. I was wondering how I would be able to resolve this problem. Thanks.
