I setup a gallery just for my wonderful laptop. I've had it a few weeks and still am in love with this thing.

Sager 3880

I figured I'd just post the link instead of pictures so as to keep the thread from being too bulky.

Check out the Photos.

So far I've run Guild Wars, Morrowind, Doom 3, Ut2004, and Neverwinter Nights. I have gotten EverQuest running on a previous Linux box but I don't play it anymore to load it on this one. And I'll be installing a few more.

Awesome gallery. Nice to see another linux gamer. I finally got around to installing cedega 5.1 (I've been paying for cedega for a while now) and boy am I impressed. I just installed Pirates! and Civ IV. Both of them run nearly flawlessly. Such an improvement over when I was using my ATI card.

Only problem I'm having is that the games drop to desktop once in a while. So right now I'm saving frequently, but it only happens every few hours so it's not a big deal. I might actually get back into WoW now being that I have 3 months credit.

Nice!

I did run into a catch today.. F.E.A.R. won't run (sniffle). I tried the installer a few different and finally gave up and rebooted into windows to install it.

I'm gonna try later to see if i can get cedega to play it from the files that the windows installed.

I experienced that drop to desktop problem today for the first time. Wonder if it's something with the latest version of Cedega cuz I upgraded. But it happenend when i was starting the game and it would just drop. (guild wars) - so I started the game again and it ran fine. Was playing it for quite a few hours. No problems.

Not sure what that is... Oh Well.. I'm still loving my Gaming Linux Lappy! (Boy does F.E.A.R. show you how pathetic your PC is tho... talk about CRAWL at max settings..)

Nevermind. I posted on my thread asking how games like HL2, BF2, and FEAR run...but this looks like they run great on it

Can't wait for my same exact setup to come in.
